Peale

An old friend, or at least colleague, of Winston's, Lt. Peale brings the Dobbs to the team after Stephanie Dobbs discovers plastic explosive wired to her car battery. He briefly bemoans the lack of funding for any realistic protection, and extols to the couple the virtues of employing Winston and his - associate. He is generally as self-effacing as the very best of butlers.
