David Meunier is an American actor who speaks fluent French, and in fact has a Diplome Universitaire from the University of Toulouse - Le Mirail, France. He is known for roles in The Incredible Hulk (2008) and The Equalizer (2014), and guests spots on shows like Castle, The Mentalist, Aquarius, Damien and Bones, as well as runs on Jericho, Revolution and Justified. He plays Tom in the "Pilot" on HT, a contrast to his typical articulate villainy.
