A true friend of Christopher Chance (heretofore a purely theoretical entity) who was a counter-intelligence officer. Danny returned to Pristina under enemy fire to rescue Chance.
He is killed at the beginning of "Embassy Row", but had already given his brother Aaron Chance's 'family and friends' emergency phone number, which Aaron called. Danny is one of a select few, like Harry, whom Chance seems to consider real friends. In Danny's case, however, it is far easier to see why.
