Bryan Spicer was a two-time director for Human Target. His other credits include Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie (1995) and more recently multiple episodes of the TV series V, Castle Magnum P.I. and Hawaii Five-0, as well as being an Executive Producer on the last two.
